今天早上吃的饺子(蘸酱油),又有点馋肉酱了(真的香)。
中午直接开搞!
肉酱材料:肉馅半斤,鸡蛋一个,青椒半个,葱花、香菇适量(选加);酱油(生抽/一品鲜)半炒勺,老抽半炒勺,黄豆酱(昨天没吃完的肉酱也行)一汤勺,老干妈一汤勺(选加),黑胡椒酱半汤勺,油适量(别像我一样加多了);淀粉8克,白胡椒粉/五香粉适量(选加)。
面条材料:挂面适量(吃多少煮多少),水适量 (视挂面量而定)
做法:解冻肉馅(别像我一样化过头了)

淀粉和胡椒粉等粉类(千万别加盐)用水化开,倒到里面
